​Granby native places in Top Quarter of World’s Toughest Mudder Competition

By Jen TomasettiWith the same grit and determination required during tax season, Granby native Justin Horr, completed the World’s Toughest Mudder 24-hour race held Nov. 14-15 at Lake Las Vegas, Nevada. Placing 219 overall among approximately 1280 participants, Horr did well in the Male Division 20-24 year-old, placing 9th and completing 10 laps, 50 miles total in 24 hours, 28 minutes and 4 seconds. Audience members were treated to opening performances by the Kelly Lane and Wells Road schools’ fifth and sixth grade combined choir and the GMHS Chamber Singers.
