Submissions

The public is encouraged to submit articles and photos via email about events of interest to Granby area residents.

Articles should be written in the third person and saved as .doc, .docx or .rtf files.

Photos should be submitted as high-resolution .jpg or .tif files.

Photo Guidelines

Turn off your camera’s “date stamp” feature, if it has one so nothing is superimposed on the photo.

Photographs of people doing things are always more interesting than photos of people trying to stand still and smile.

If in doubt, take several photographs and submit them all, so we can choose the best one.

Always send photos full size and do not embed in Word documents; attach them separately in email submissions.

Make sure you send the full size file, as some email programs try to reduce the file size.

Please provide us contact information as well as a byline for articles and a caption identifying people in photos.
