Food Safety comes first in Granby’s community kitchens. On June 12, nineteen community members participated in a food safety training class and certification exam.

In a sign that things are starting to get back to normal in the museum world, the New England Air Museum has announced an expansion of its hours to accommodate more visitors while enabling them to maintain a comfortable distance from others. The new hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the museum will be open every day from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
