Granby residents finalists for International Marketing Award

The Hartford HealthCare (HHC) Content Team, including Granby residents Nick and Melissa Dethlefsen, has been recognized as finalists in the 2018 Content Marketing Awards presented by the Content Marketing Institute—an annual, leading international awards program honoring the best marketers in the industry.

The CT Department of Veterans Affairs in Rocky Hill sponsors an annual Stand Down Day in which 200 service support groups participate and over 1,000 veterans attend.

Cold and flu season typically runs from November until April, with the season’s peak in December through February. Having a flu shot, practicing preventive measures and being prepared to provide supportive care will minimize illness.

As the calendar year 2019 approaches, the questions, concerns and topics which residents would like to see covered by CT Valley Views will be reviewed. Once an aggregate of common subjects is gathered, they will be addressed in a segment in the coming months.
