Connecticut State Law requires that each municipality conduct a Revaluation of all properties every five years so that all properties can reflect current market value. Granby’s last Revaluation was completed in 2017. The Assessor’s Office has been engaged in the process to complete the 2022 Revaluation over the last 18 months.
