FV Chorale performs works by Bach

Farmington Valley Chorale presents its spring concert, Bach is Back, Saturday, May 9, 4 p.m. at St. James’s Episcopal Church, West Hartford. We are proud to present J. S. Bach’s Easter and Ascension Oratorios in collaboration with CONCORA soloists and orchestra, conducted by Artistic Director Ellen Gilson Voth and Accompanist Stephen Scarlato.

Ezra (Zeb) Ripple Harris

Ezra (Zeb) Ripple Harris, a devoted husband, father and grandfather,  passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 14, 2025, at Capitol Hill assisted living in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was 87 years old.

Memorial Day Parade: Schedule of events

2026 Memorial Flag Dedications

The Granby Lions Club’s tradition of flying dedicated American flags in and around Granby center from Memorial Day through Veteran’s Day is a tangible reminder of the dedication and sacrifices made by our town’s veterans. The Lions Club continues this tradition by offering Granby residents the opportunity to dedicate one of these flags in memory of a beloved veteran, be they family or friend.
