Granby Officer Jeffrey Murphy graduated from the police academy on Dec. 18. Officer Murphy was part of the Connecticut Police Officer Standards and Training Council’s 246th training class, a class of 47 officers serving multiple communities throughout Connecticut. Our pets are lying down cozily by the fire and do not want to go outside except for quick trips to “do their business.” So the temptation is to skip the monthly preventatives for heartworm disease and flea/tick issues.
