Simanski named Assistant Republican Leader Bill Simanski recently began his third two-year term representing the 62nd General Assembly District that includes Barkhamsted, Granby, Hartland and New Hartford. Five-Year School Budget Plan Unveiled By Kim Becker Superintendent Dr. Alan Addley submitted his five-year budget plan to the board of education this month. For fiscal year 2016, the administration is seeking an overall budget increase of 3.5 percent.
