On May 24, the Charter Revision Commission finalized its draft report and authorized its chairman to file the report with the town clerk.
On March 14 the Lost Acres Fire Department responded to the report of a house fire on Loomis St.
I am not writing this article about the fire.
Sunshine and warm weather is finally upon us, but don’t take it for granted. With hot humid weather often comes the threat of severe thunderstorms, straight-line wind events, tornados, hurricanes and possible associated flooding.

Hanna Adams, 2011 graduate of Granby Memorial High School successfully completed the 26.2 mile Marine Corps Marathon with her father, John Adams, on Sunday Oct. 25 in Washington, D.C. Hanna worked hard to overcome right-sided hemiplegia and train to reach her goal of becoming a marathon runner.
