This December, Main Street in Suffield will be bustling with activity as the Suffield Garden Club prepares for a spectacular Holiday House Tour as part of the town’s 350th anniversary celebrations.
Both libraries will be closed on Nov. 11 for Veterans Day, and Nov. 28 and 29 for Thanksgiving.
On Tuesday, Nov. 19, the Gardeners of Simsbury will host “About the McLean Game Refuge with Connor Hogan.”
Thanksgiving Luncheon: Thursday, Nov. 21, 12 p.m. This annual favorite fills up quick, so don’t wait.
As Thanksgiving approaches, consider helping those in need through the Jack Bannan’s Memorial Turkey Trot on Wednesday. Nov. 20, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Granby Memorial High School Performing Arts is pleased to announce their fall production of James and the Giant Peach on Nov. 7 and 8 at 7 p.m. and Nov. 10 at 2 p.m.
The Handcrafts from Around the World sale will be held Saturday, Nov. 16, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 17, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., in the Hurley Building, 37 Greenwoods Road, New Hartford.
