Cossitt Tag Sale The Friends will begin collecting items for a Sept. 12 tag sale held at the gazebo in North Granby (rain date, Sept. 19). Items of good quality and condition may be left at the library or at the Sullivan home, 21 Kelly Lane, 860-653-3887. Democratic Caucus and Annual Picnic

Desrosiers retires from BOS after 22 years
