A significant portion of the agricultural-innovation funding announced at COP26, the United Nations Climate Change Conference, should be directed toward cultivated-meat development. For those who aren’t familiar with the term, cultivated meat is grown from cells, without slaughter.

With all the recent town real estate approvals for residential housing and apartments, it seems that town officials haven’t given enough thought and foresight to consider the additional families who will be moving to Granby.
