Connecticut Department of Revenue Services (DRS) has announced the 2021 Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act Program Proposal. This program provides tax credits to businesses that make cash investments in qualifying community nonprofit programs.
In normal times the Friends of Cossitt Library sponsors an annual Puzzle Sale to help pass away the winter shut-in times. These days we have found other reasons to be shut-in.

The Youth Action Council is a leadership and community service group of high school students. For over a decade, YAC has lived up to its mission of making Granby a better place for youth by focusing on providing safe, fun events for kids in elementary and middle school.
Currently, the last day of school is Friday, June 11. With the snow day on Monday, two out of the five emergency days have been used.

Several residents raised an objection to an application that will be the subject of a public hearing at a future meeting. Chapple explained the commission will not be receiving comments and the opportunity for public comment is during the public hearing for the application.
Household Hazardous Waste: Granby will once again work with local towns to host hazardous waste collections this year. The first collection will be Saturday, April 24 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at 10 Monteith Drive, Farmington.
