All dogs aged six months and older must be licensed by June 30 and must wear a collar and tags at all times.
First pitches have been thrown, lawns fertilized, plants mulched, and everyone is out and about enjoying the warm weather. Before summer gets into full swing is a great time to visit with our friends and family by going out for ice cream, taking a walk on the rail trail, or meeting up at the park. The Town of Granby has two solar-based projects coming down the road that are both interesting and very different when compared.

On April 15 the Town Budget Referendum was held at Granby Town Hall, with 1,112 residents casting in-person ballots and 28 voting with absentee ballots.
The result was 658 “yes” and 482 “no.”
Months of public hearings for a 42-unit apartment building at 37 Hartford Ave. ended at the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission meeting on April 10.
