Kenya Mouning, age 13, has been chosen to participate in the National American Miss Southern New England Pageant to be held July 23 – 25 at the Sheraton Springfield in Springfield, Mass. The National American Miss pageants are held for girls ages 4-18, and have five age divisions. Granby football’s magical season comes to a close

On a cold and wet night in the Den, the Bears fell 56-28 to the Wildcats. Seymour jumped on a few early mistakes by the Bears’ offense and they never looked back. On Saturday, November 7, the girls beat a strong Burlington team 4–0 in the Connecticut Cup championship match. This season long, single elimination tournament is sponsored by the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association and involved 42 town travel teams.
