The Construction of the Cossitt Library

The Cossitt Library was under construction by Spring of 1890. The letters and papers pertaining to the architect’s specifications are still preserved in the library safe.

About This Site

Formed in 1970, Citizens for a Better Granby— CBG for short—is a community-based, not-for-profit organization whose goal is to inform and educate Granby residents on issues affecting the town of Granby, Connecticut. Its monthly newspaper, the Granby Drummer, provides an independent platform to encourage participation in the civic, social, economic and cultural life of Granby.
