The project to rehabilitate and preserve the Cossitt Library building is moving forward. The Friends of Cossitt Library’s application for a Pomeroy-Brace Fund Grant at the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving was approved in November 2021. However, due to lost mailings, the Friends received the grant funds in early March. While this delay was unfortunate, we are back on track now.
The Golden Age of Hollywood Through Fashion: Wednesday, April 13, 1 p.m. Presenter, Karen Antonowicz. Fashion on the silver screen during the 30s, 40s and 50s was not only glamorous, but influential.
