Art Inspired by New England’s Natural Beauty
See the natural beauty of New England through the eyes of talented artists at the Granby Land Trust’s 19th Annual Juried Art Show, Celebrating New England’s Natural Beauty. On view through Nov. 29 at Lost Acres Vineyard, 80 Lost Acres Road in North Granby, this inspiring exhibition showcases the region’s landscapes, wildlife and scenic vistas through a variety of artistic perspectives.
Make a visit part of your autumn plans and enjoy the artwork in the warm, welcoming setting of Lost Acres Vineyard, where you can take in the art beside a cozy fireplace. The show is open during the vineyard’s regular hours: Fridays and Saturdays, noon to 6 p.m., and Sundays, noon to 5 p.m. All artwork is for sale, with a portion of proceeds benefitting the Granby Land Trust.
The Granby Land Trust gratefully acknowledges the generous support of the Wetzel Family and Ted Cormier/ALIRT Insurance Research, along with the underwriters whose contributions make our artist awards possible. Their support celebrates artistic talent and helps foster a deeper appreciation for the natural world.
Fall in love with Granby
Autumn brings a spectacular display of color to GLT properties, with brilliant foliage, scenic vistas and open agricultural fields. Throughout the preserves, inviting places to sit offer visitors a chance to take in the views and savor autumn’s beauty. Whether following a sun-dappled trail, enjoying the view from a hilltop, or watching the fall colors dance on the water, there’s always something beautiful to discover.
These special places showcase the beauty of Granby’s natural and working landscapes and offer opportunities to enjoy them in every season. Their continued preservation ensures that future generations can experience and appreciate them, too.
Help keep these special places special. The Granby Land Trust is a membership-based organization, and family memberships start at just $30. Your support helps protect Granby’s beautiful landscapes and natural resources for generations to come.

Thank You, Volunteers!
The Granby Land Trust extends its heartfelt thanks to all the members who came out on Oct. 4 for our Preserve Our Properties Day at the Mary Edwards Mountain Property.
Volunteers pitched in throughout the property, cleaning up the entrance trail, improving the area around the viewing bench, clearing the view from Mary’s Rock and cleaning out trail water bars.
Our preserves need ongoing care and stewardship, and we are deeply grateful to the volunteers who generously share their time and energy to care for these special places.
