Park “Quality of Life”
Park Rules have been shared on social media. Granby Animal Control Officer will have a greater presence at the parks. McGovern has been in communication with the Town Manager and the Chief of Police as well.
The Park Ambassador is not intended to be a patrol officer to monitor for rule breaking. The position is for volunteers to assist park users with directions, how to access amenities and programs and/or provide reminders of park rules.
