Bloom Where Planted, Signs of Spring Door Décor: Monday, April 6 at 10 a.m. We will be making a wall or door hanging with preserved moss and other spring decor. Cost: $10.
Origami with Gail: Tuesday, April 7 at 1 p.m. Join Gail Altschwager for a free one-hour class for making three simple origami. All materials for making an origami butterfly, rose and box will be provided free of charge. Class size is limited to 12.
Alaska Grizzly Bears and the Aurora: Friday, April 10 at 10 a.m. PhotoBert returns! Join him on a captivating journey through Alaska. Presentation showcases breathtaking photographs of grizzly bears, Katmai Peninsula, Denali National Park and aurora borealis. Free.
The Majestic Return of Notre Dame: Monday, April 13 at 10 a.m. Join Historian John Cilio as he shares some fascinating techniques, methods and technologies that have been used to bring Notre Dame back to life after the 2019 fire. Learn about discoveries of medieval artifacts, shedding light on the building techniques employed during that time. Free.
Retirement Planning Seminar: Thursday, April 23 at 2 p.m. American Senior Benefits will review pension options, social security planning, proper asset allocation, comprehensive income planning, 2026 changes to Medicaid and Medicare, estate and legal planning, required minimum distribution strategies. Free.

The Lifespan of a Fact, at Playhouse on Park: Thursday, April 23 leaving at 9 a.m. Based on the critically acclaimed book by John D’Agata and Jim Fingal. We are attending a 10:30 a.m. matinee show. Show is two hours with one 15-minute intermission. Lunch on your own afterwards at Iron Horse Pub. Cost $30.

Lunch Program: Every Tuesday and Thursday, 12–1 p.m. Our lunch program offers a healthy, low-cost lunch for seniors. Reservations are accepted until 4 p.m. on Thursday for the following week. Cost: $5 per meal.
Cribbage: Fridays, 3–5 p.m. and Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Experienced players will assist with refreshing your game play. Free.

Barre: New! Mondays, 9 a.m. A low- to no-impact total body workout. Exercises blend elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training. All abilities are welcome. Bring your own yoga mat. Instructor, Kara Morin.
Gentle Movement: Mondays, 11:15 a.m. Class will increase your strength, improve balance and provide stretching to maintain and increase mobility. Instructor, Paula Pirog.
Total Body Tone: Mondays, 12:45–1:45 p.m. Circuit style strength training/cardio using a variety of equipment like bands, weights and steppers, etc. Includes chair and standing exercises. Instructor, Michelle Rancourt.
Chair Yoga: Tuesdays, 2:30 p.m. Enhanced breathing, seated and standing classic yoga poses, balance training and core strengthening. Guided meditation to finish. Instructor, Paula Pirog.
Yoga: Tuesdays, 4 p.m. Strength building, standing and on the mat. Includes balance and Pilates floor work. Instructor, Paula Pirog.
Tai Chi: Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m. This ancient Chinese practice combines slow, graceful movements, deep breathing and meditation. Beginners welcomed, great for seasoned students as well. Instructor, Mary Ellen Mullins.
Line Dancing with Jim: Wednesdays, 1:30–2:30 p.m. Instructor Jim Gregory’s expertise will have you learning the steps in no time. This class is for beginners to advanced dancers.
Everybody’s Exercise: Thursdays, 1:30–2:30 p.m. Suitable for anyone, includes strength and weights, cardio, balance and flexibility. Mary Root will personalize your routine based on ability.
All About Balance: Thursdays, 2:45 p.m. This class focuses on strength for balance efficiency, such as squats, handheld weight maneuvers and walking drills, as well as core conditioning. Instructor, Paula Pirog.
Adult Fencing: Fridays, 11 a.m. Olympic fencing is open for everyone, with any physical abilities. Fencing is an elegant and complex sport that makes your brain healthy and alert. Instructor, Marc.
