Valley Student Theatre (VST), is launching new fundraising efforts. One event is a Large Item Bingo Night, taking place on Saturday, Feb. 28, 6 to 10 p.m. at American Legion Post 80 in Enfield. Doors open at 6 p.m., with bingo games beginning promptly at 7 p.m.

VST, a non-profit community theatre organization, has been a vibrant part of the local arts community for years, providing high-quality theatre education to young performers ages 7 to 22. Dedicated to nurturing talent at every skill level, VST offers hands-on training in contemporary musical theatre, including acting, vocal performance, choreography, costuming and professional stagecraft.

Over the past several seasons, VST has produced both a winter show and a summer musical, most recently staging performances at Granby Memorial High School. This summer, students ages 10 to 18 will have the exciting opportunity to take part in the production of Mean Girls, with auditions scheduled for this spring. Local youth are strongly encouraged to participate, regardless of prior experience.

Community members are encouraged to attend the bingo night and help ensure that Valley Student Theatre can continue to provide affordable, enriching theatrical experiences for young performers. For more information, visit ValleyStudentTheatre.org

Admission is $40 per person, with a discounted rate available for tables of eight. Attendees are invited to bring their own food and drinks and enjoy an evening filled with excitement, prizes and community spirit—all in support of local youth theatre.
