Christmas Thoughts

On the houses the Christmas lights shine brightly into the dark night.

The air feels cold, and snow flurries drift quietly by.

The stars look down on the earth and offer it Peace.

Into our world He comes, the Savior of mankind.

In a manger, nestled in the straw and warmed by the breath of the animals,

the Babe was born.

Shepherds, and Kings following a star would come to worship Him.

He would teach about Love and Forgiveness.

Because of Him, we have eternal life.

So, this Christmas season, let us, too, honor and adore Him

and rejoice in the gift of His holy presence with us.
