Granby Racial Reconciliation (GRR) believes we can if we get to know one another and actually listen to each other. On Wednesday, Nov. 19, GRR will present An Example of Civil Discourse: A Breath of Fresh Air for Polarized Times.
Using The Enemies Project video as a springboard for recognizing each other’s humanity, GRR is providing an opportunity for moderated discussion about the video and how we can apply its methods of dialogue to build bridges within our community. The video features conversations between two men from opposite positions as they converse and listen to each other’s stories and positions.
The event takes place Nov. 19 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Granby Senior Center. Everyone is invited to come and listen and discuss.
