Camera Club
The Granby Camera Club meeting will be Monday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m. at the Granby Senior Center. A representative from The Camera Bar will be our guest. This is the perfect time to learn about new cameras and equipment. Scavenger Hunt Words: Farm, Fauna, Favorite and bring in some of your Painting with Light Photos. Join us to learn about the newest and best and bring your questions.
Women’s Breakfast
The Women’s Breakfast Group will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 5. The program is titled Miracles Can Happen. Tina Angeli, motivational healer and author, will explore her experiences with us.

Men’s Breakfast
The Men’s Breakfast will meet Friday, Nov. 14 at 8:30 a.m. The Granby Grunts Robotics Team will have this year’s build. Each year they design and build a new robot that is then entered into competition.

Granby Center Plan
The Granby Center Advisory Committee will present its plan on Wednesday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m. in the Senior Center Community Room. All Granby residents are encouraged to attend.
Bible Study
The Granby Bible Study group will be discussing the book of John on Wednesdays at 10 a.m., starting Nov. 19 at the Granby Town Hall meeting room. Join us, whether a novice or not, to understand both the very human side and the divine side of this Gospel. Holiday Farmers Markets
Lost Acres Vineyard Thanksgiving Farmers Market will be Nov. 24 from 1–7 p.m. and the Holiday Farmers Market will be Dec. 20 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Both markets are indoors at Lost Acres Vineyard, 80 Lost Acres Road, North Granby. In its 13th year, the market now boasts over 15 local farms selling everything from dairy, baked goods, vegetables, specialty items and meat.
Civic Club is “buzzing”
The Granby Civic Club will meet Thursday, Nov 20 at 1 p.m. at the Senior Center. Our guest speaker will be Vicky Palmer, a retired high school biology teacher and beekeeper. She will discuss bee biology—how do they keep warm in winter and cool in summer etc. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome. Please bring an item for donation to the Granby Food Bank.
