Fill Paul’s Truck at Geissler’s a success

Kim and Kent McCord were among the many generous people that purchased and then donated non-perishable food items, as well as donated cash, to the Friend to Friend food pantry on July 26. Geissler’s management organized pre-packed bags for varying dollar amounts for shoppers’ convenience, as well as scheduled vendors for food-tasting in the store. The East Granby-based food pantry’s shelves were restocked with the more than $1,000 worth of groceries that filled the truck to capacity.
