Every spring, with great appreciation for the farmers who swap a busy fall workday for one filled with visitors, a dedicated group of Granby women start planning the annual Granby Open Farm Day.
The Granby Agricultural Committee includes the people who enlist the farmers and financial supporters, create the printed advertising and the media content, put up (and take down) the street signs and document the day in photos. The Ag Com is proud to say that this event is one of Granby’s special days.
The Granby Agricultural Commission thanks the farms that participated in this year’s very successful Open Farm Day. It very much appreciates the farmers’ time and effort involved in making their farms available to the public.
