Senior pitcher Amanda Bristol added another remarkable achievement to her high school softball career on May 11, recording her 700th strikeout in a dominant performance against Rockville High School.
The Granby Memorial High School standout pitched a complete seven-inning game, striking out 14 batters and leading her team with the poise and determination that have defined her varsity career since becoming the starting pitcher in spring 2023. Throughout her career, Amanda has established herself as one of the top softball players in her conference. She has earned NCCC All-Conference for three consecutive years and has been recognized as an All-State athlete twice. Her accomplishments reflect her leadership and dedication to the Granby Memorial softball program.
