The Salmon Brook Historical Society has a big year ahead marking its 75th anniversary. Members encourage everyone to come celebrate with us at various events this year and, as always, tours are offered every Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. starting Memorial Day.

Spring Flea Market

May 16 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Vendors from all over selling everything from antiques to plants to food. The society will be opening its concession stand as well, with Mrs. Murphy’s donuts, hot dogs, and more.

Car and Engine Show

June 6 from 8 a.m.–1 p.m. Rain date is June 13: Free car show with all types of classic cars, from Model Ts to Corvettes, on display as well as tractors and small engines.

75th Celebration Ice Cream Social

June 20 from 1–4 p.m. All are welcome to celebrate with us at an Ice Cream Social. We are offering tours, free ice cream, games, and a photo booth; don’t miss it.

Fall Flea Market

Oct. 17 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. If you miss the Spring Flea Market, no need to fear, vendors will be back in the fall with a variety of goods to sell. The concessions stand will be cooking the best hot dogs in town.
