David Sirota will present, What Makes a Quilter Tick?, a fun-filled look in the mirror, at the September meeting of the Farmington Valley Quilters. He describes his lecture as, “…a laugh-out-loud and interactive look at ourselves as quilters. We’ll examine the little quirks, passions, idiosyncrasies and obsessions we all share.” His work can be seen at his website, quiltmavendave.com
The meeting is Wednesday, Sept. 18, 7 p.m. in Eno Memorial Hall, 754 Hopmeadow St., Simsbury. Sign-in begins at 6:45 p.m. Guests are welcome for a guest fee of $10.
