Pauline P. Greer has been named as the new principal of Wells Road Intermediate School, effective July 1. Greer brings 14 years of K-6 teaching and instructional leadership experiences to the district with expertise in literacy and social emotional learning. For the past two years, she has been the principal of Hanmer Elementary School in Wethersfield.
Greer earned her Certificate of Educational Leadership at Central Connecticut State University. She holds a Masters in elementary education from the University of Hartford. Greer lived in Granby for almost 20 years, recently moving to East Granby. Her son, Noah, is a recent graduate from Granby Memorial High School. She is looking forward to her position in Granby stating, “I am beyond excited and honored to join the dedicated staff and kind community at Wells Road Intermediate School.”
