Kearns Community Center

Our family is very excited about the proposed Kearns Community Center. We have spent some time with the members of the steering committee and the ideas they’ve generated are fantastic. As an IT professional, I often work from home so I love the idea of having a community space where I can work when I feel isolated. As the cold weather approaches, we’re particularly excited about the idea of the large, indoor park when cabin fever hits. My son is eager to see the large Makerspace and gaming options. Kudos to the steering committee for coming up with such a wonderful idea for this empty space, especially one that will be accessible to everyone in the community, young and old. We are excited to volunteer and be a part of it.
