Bill Simanski, wife Marie, sons Brad and Cliff, and two dogs moved to Granby 30 years ago from Staten Island, N.Y. In five short years, Bill started serving Granby as a Selectman, and was elected First Selectman 1995 to 2003. In 2010 he was elected to represent the 62nd district.  During these past seven years, Bill’s commitments to both the 62nd district and Connecticut state issues are known and appreciated: restoring Education Cost Sharing (ESC) funding the Democrats took away; voting for CT state spending, bonding, volatility, caps; legislative vote on all future union contracts; decreasing the size and cost of Connecticut state government.  Your vote on Nov. 6 for Bill Simanski will continue in the best interests of Granby, 62nd District and Connecticut!
