Stop & Shop shoppers support pets affected by hurricanes

Stop and Shop employees Rosia Kennedy and Alyshia Barron show just some of the food supplies donated by shoppers. All cat and dog food will be donated to local rescues: Dog Star Rescue, Mary’s Kitty Corner, Bandits Place, Cat Connection, Connecticut Humane Society and Friends of Windsor Animal Care. We are also reaching out to those in need of pet food support due to cats and dogs being transported up from the southern hurricane areas. Thank you to all of our wonderful and supportive customers.
