Simsbury Polo Club hosted a Tournament Aug. 24, at Folly Farm owned by Bob Patricelli and managed by his daughter Alison Patricelli. It was a “family affair” with Susan Patricelli Regan and her husband Bill Regan as official announcers. Foxfield F.A.R.M. Charity had the opportunity to meet the public and presented prizes to the winners. Pictured L-R: Susan Patricelli Regan and Martin Eddy, Most Valuable Player. Foxfield F.A.R.M. Foundation presented the MVP (Most Valuable Player) award on Sept. 2 at the George Haas Memorial tournament, and Sept. 9 at the Pequot Tournament, both held at Farmington Polo Club. This provides an opportunity to share the charity’s purpose to bring greater awareness to individuals who have the ability and interest to contribute to a patriotic cause supporting mental health care to front-line defenders and is a safe haven for retired/rescued polo horses also veterans of a combat sport.
