Trash Holiday: Monday, May 28, 2018 – Memorial Day is a holiday for Paine’s Inc. All trash pickups will be delayed by one day the week after the holiday.

Paine’s notifications: Did you know you can sign up for email alerts from Paine’s?  Don’t worry they won’t swamp your inbox. Notifications are only sent if there is a holiday or weather event that will affect trash service. Sign up at painesinc.com

Out by 6: Please remember that trash and recycling barrels need to curbside by 6 a.m. on your scheduled day of pick up. Please do not assume that the truck will arrive at the “usual time”. Routes start at 6 a.m. and the time it takes to get to your home can vary due to a number of factors.

Transfer Station:  The Granby Transfer Station is open Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please bring proof of residency. Fees may apply—check out the Public Works page at the Town of Granby website (granby-ct.gov) or call 860-653-8960.

Hazardous Waste Collection: Our next collection will be Saturday, June 9, 2018, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Simsbury DPW facility, 66 Town Forest Road, Simsbury.
