On Saturday, Oct. 1 the Salmon Brook Historical Society, 208 Salmon Brook Street, will have its annual Small Engine Show, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. See how engines got started with hit and miss engines, engines used to make shingles, farm tractors, Model T’s and A’s. Weather permitting there may be a 1916 Model T ambulance from World War I as well as the Granby Robotic team. Admission and parking are free.
