This year the Friends of Granby Public Library’s (FOGPL) 39th annual Used Book Sale will be held on July 29, 30 and 31 at Holcomb Farm. FOGPL will start accepting donations in June.
The Town of Granby and Rider Productions, LLC are pleased to announce the return of the Sunset Concert Series in July. On three consecutive Saturdays, July 9, 16 and 23, the concerts will be held at Salmon Brook Park. Proceeds will benefit Granby Parks and Recreation, Habitat for Humanity, Waste Not Want Not food pantry, and Specialist Richard C. Emmons III Memorial Fund.
The Granby Racial Reconciliation Group is seeking volunteers to help run its first Granby Celebrates Juneteenth arts festival on Saturday, June 18 from 3 to 8:30 p.m. in Salmon Brook Park.
This year’s Granby Road Race on Saturday, May 7, sponsored by Burkentine Builders, promises to be a day of fun for the whole family. New this year is a kid’s fun race, generously sponsored by Command Corporation.
