Sal Okenquist and Emmett Janssen take part in the robotics class, traveling down the hallways of Kelly Lane.

Granby’s Summer Enrichment program had another successful summer with more than 120 student enrollments in seven exciting classes: robotics, mixed media exploration, STEAM summer, crazy chemistry, strings, drawing and painting, and sculpture arts.

Robotics allowed students to program robots to travel down the hallways of Kelly Lane, while mixed media exploration developed creativity with the formation of paper sports fields and wearable art. And strings students learned new pieces and performed them for guests on the final day.

Thank you to Nick Witherell, Kristy Lankford and Jess Foskitt for leading these classes and to our middle and high school volunteers for helping out over the three weeks! We look forward to another great program next summer!
