Cossitt Library
Wyzik gave a presentation on the transformation of the Cossitt Library to a makerspace. (For details, please see the article on the front page of the November issue of the Drummer.)
Cultivation of Town Land
There are three town-owned properties that are currently licensed to agriculture users with licenses expiring at the end of this year. An RFP went out for five-year license agreements with initial annual payments with a 3 percent increase each year in the five-year period. The agreements are in place—Northern Valley Farms, Inc. was the highest bidder on all three of the sites.
