Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices launches its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Scholarship Program, a step towards advancing equality and inclusivity within its organization. This initiative aims to provide advancement and homeownership opportunities for all.
BHHS has established a dedicated council with representatives from all 60+ offices. Specialized sub-groups, including committees for community outreach and affordable housing, are shaping the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering inclusivity and making a positive impact in the community.
The program offers financial assistance in the form of a one-time subsidy to offset licensing expenses for eligible real estate agents. Five award recipients will be announced by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices twice a year.
