The Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) as a Superior Performer for achieving an overall patient satisfaction score that ranked in the top 20 percent of all eligible SHP clients for the 2022 calendar year.
“The VNA achieved this award in 2016, and from that time, with changing regulations, we have worked hard to provide care timely, efficiently and with compassion. The credit for success goes to the clinical staff that provide care daily. They give personalized attention to each patient to meet individual needs. There is oversight and careful case management of every patient, and this is a result of good communication and teamwork,” said VNA CEO Nancy Scheetz. “There is no higher achievement than to receive confirmation that the patients and families that we care for believe that we do a great job.
