Sylvia Crunden has published her second book titled Bullying is Never Okay! that focuses on how children can deal with the issue of bullying. It teaches children how their body feels, the different emotions they feel and several ways to solve the problem of bullying.

This is the second book in the series. The first book about personal space is called Please Don’t Pop My Bubble! This book teaches children how to stay in their own personal space or bubble as well as how to ask others to stay in their own space bubble.

Crunden has lived in Connecticut her entire life and now resides in Avon. She is an experienced teacher who currently teaches first grade at Colebrook Consolidated School. Crunden was inspired to write both of her books by her nephews and the many students she has taught.

These books are a valuable resource that can be used for many years to come, and would be a great asset to any classroom or home. Teachers, parents, students and psychologists who work with children would benefit from using these books. They teach children about social skills and empower them to know what to do. They teach them why their body is feeling a certain way and the emotions they are feeling. It will help them to work through these feelings and emotions in an appropriate manner.

Book orders may be placed at sylviacrunden.com where you can also learn about the books and events Crunden will be attending. Several of the events are local to support small businesses and fairs. If you would like her to attend an event, contact her at info@sylviacrunden.com
