GMHS senior athlete commits to Eastern

March 15 was a special day for Granby Memorial High School senior Elizabeth Squier as she signed her commitment letter to Eastern Connecticut State University. Elizabeth was admitted not only for her academic standing, but also for her considerable volleyball skills. In fact, she has been assigned #11 on the volleyball team. Along with her parents and her teammates and their families, her volleyball coaches joined in the celebration in the high school gymnasium. Pictured with Elizabeth are (l.)
