Art award presented

Art award presented Susan Patricelli Regan, president of the Sylvia Davis Fine Arts Scholarship Foundation, virtually presented its award in the Connecticut Regional Scholastic Art Awards ceremony on Feb. 12. The first year of the charity’s coalition with SAA was mutually successful and plans are in place for the foundation to increase its financial award in 2023.
