Holiday Tours at Historic Ellsworth Homestead

The Connecticut Daughters of the American Revolution are pleased to announce the return of Christmas Open House tours at the historic Oliver Ellsworth Homestead Museum, 778 Palisado Avenue in Windsor, on Saturday, Dec. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Guided tours of the 18th century home of one of America’s Founding Fathers will include festive holiday decorations, descriptions of Revolutionary War-era life by docents in colonial attire, and an array of antiques and collectibles, including a recently acquired important and rare clock.

Walk-ins are welcome, and free parking is available onsite. COVID protocols in place at the time will be followed.

Tickets can be purchased by guests and members of the public for $12 adults, $10 seniors and students, and children under age 10 free.
