Summer Day Camps

Salmon Brook Park Day Camp and Mission Adventure: Ages 6-14, all day program. June 21-Aug. 13, many weeks to choose from. A summer day camp program committed to serving your child’s needs. This traditional day camp fills each day with active games, special events, sports, arts and crafts, teamwork, group interaction and the wonders of nature. Salmon Brook Park has a playground, soccer fields, baseball fields, outdoor basketball hoops and picnic pavilions, and tennis courts. Your child will have the opportunity to swim in Salmon Brook Park Pond, plus exciting special events, and see spectacular entertainers. All children are grouped by age/grade and all activities are age-appropriate.

Toddler and Preschool Programs

Soccer Program: For ages 2-5. 9:15 to        9:45 a.m. for age 2; -11:30 a.m. for ages 3-5. Monday-Thursday, July 12-15 and Aug. 9-12. At Salmon Brook Park Band Shell.

Tiny Tots Drawing: For ages 3-6. 10 to     10:45 a.m., Tuesdays, July 6-Aug. 10, at Holcomb Farm Main Barn.

Youth Sports Camps

Kara Wolters “Dream Big” Girls Basketball Camp: Entering grades 4–10. 9 a.m.–3 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 26–30.

Soccer Camp: Ages 4-14. 9-10:30 a.m. for ages 4-6. For ages 7-14, choose half day 9 a.m.-12 p.m. or the full day 9 a.m.-3 p.m., July 26-30. At Salmon Brook Park Soccer Fields.

Soccer Goalkeeper Camp presented by Keeperstop: Ages 11-18. 9 a.m.-12 p.m., Monday–Thursday, July 12-15, at Salmon Brook Park Soccer Fields.

Chris Corkum’s Baseball Camp: For ages 7-12. 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Monday–Thursday, July 26-29, at Salmon Brook Park Baseball Field.

Tennis Camp: For ages 9-16. 9 a.m.–12 p.m., Monday–Thursday, July 19-22 or Aug. 9-12, at Salmon Brook Park Tennis Courts.

Tennis Lessons: Morning lessons are available for beginners, intermediate and advanced tennis players and are held on a weekly basis. Visit for a complete listing of times and dates. Lessons are held all summer long.

Flag Football Camp: For ages 7-12. 9 a.m.– 3 p.m. Monday–Thursday, July 12-15, at East Granby Farms.

Softball Camp: For ages 7-13. 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Monday–Thursday, Aug. 16-19, at Granby High School Field.

Volleyball Camp: Entering grades 4–9, (*Entering grades 9-12 held Aug. 2-5). 9 a.m.–12 p.m. Monday–Thursday, June 21-Aug. 5 (5 weeks to choose from). At Salmon Brook Park

Youth Enrichment Camps

Band Camp: For grades 5-12. 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Monday–Friday, July 12-16 or July 19-23, at Granby Middle School.

Synchronized Swimming: Ages 7-12 (4:30-5:30 p.m.), ages 13-18 (5:30-6:30 p.m.) Monday–Friday, Aug. 9-13, at Salmon Brook Park Waterfront.

Circuit Labs Camp: Grades 3-6. Monday–Friday, July 26-30, at Holcomb Farm Workshop. Hands-On Electronics: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. App Inventors: 1-4 p.m.

Art Camp: For ages 5-12. 9 a.m.—12 p.m. Monday–Friday, Aug. 2-6, at Holcomb Farm Workshop.

Week of Baking Camp: Grades 3-6. 2–               5 p.m., Monday–Thursday, July 12-16, at Holcomb Farm Kitchen.

Pickleball: 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays, June 30-Aug. 4, at Salmon Brook Park Tennis Courts.

Gentle Restorative Yoga: 6-7 P.M., Wednesdays, At Holcomb Farm North Barn Pavilion.
