Jabberhead Agency, a full-service Digital Marketing Agency, founded in 2016 by Granby native Janice Gucciardi, celebrates its five-year anniversary this month.
After a 17-year career in digital strategic marketing and branding, mixed with a multimedia background, Gucciardi launched Jabberhead, despite knowing that women business owners were still vastly underrepresented in the tech sector. According to a 2019 CIO.com article, women business owners in tech represent less than 13 percent of business owners in the industry.
An advocate of supporting food insecurity, Jabberhead’s business mission was created around it—taking action in the fight against hunger. Every time the agency attains a new social media customer, they donate food to a local shelter.
Gucciardi has always been an ardent advocate for women. She supports and mentors women who are re-entering the workforce and provides a flexible work environment to create a family-first culture at Jabberhead.
“I am thrilled to be marking this milestone. Elevating the client’s brand and delivering innovative solutions that businesses cannot envision is what Jabberhead does best. I’m excited for the next five years,” stated Gucciardi.
