Granby has a new breakfast option. Verdura, which is located in the former Farmer’s Kitchen space, is now serving breakfast. The new menu includes some old Farmer’s Kitchen favorites as well as some new offerings with a Spanish flair. The breakfast burrito is different and delectable. The Monte Christo sandwich made with Serano and cheese between slices of French toast will also be a favorite.

As always, if you want something special or different, they will always try to accommodate. This added concept to Verdura is in response to the area’s need for a local breakfast location where people can gather in comfort and spaced according to restrictions. The morning sun shines in through the east facing windows transforming the Verdura dinner spot into a delightful morning dining experience.

Open Wednesday through Sunday, the breakfast/lunch menu is available from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. James Chen will be cooking in the kitchen and longtime Zen Restaurant Group server Art Gagnon will be serving every day. The Verdura Tapas dinner menu is rich in culture, the breakfast addition raises it up to become one of the most versatile dining options in the Granby/Simsbury area. Stop in for breakfast, you will not be disappointed.

James Chen is always evolving Zen restaurant group to accommodate the needs of the community. With this addition, they have put together one of the best breakfast offerings in the area.
