Sage Kingsley and Jack Tortland, both of West Granby, were named to the dean’s list at Emerson College in May.

Ithaca College named the following students, both from North Granby, to the dean’s list for the spring semester: Ethan Beloin, a public and community health major, and Benjamin Kibby, an exploratory major.

Western New England University graduated the following Granby students in May: Emily Cronin graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, Conner Fallon and Nicholas Veahman graduated with BS degrees in engineering.

Lucy Hart Jacobs, of North Granby, has been named to the president’s list at Clemson University for the spring semester. Jacobs is a psychology major.

Ithaca College graduated the following students in May: Ethan Beloin of North Granby, with a BS in public and community health, and Sophie Westergren of West Granby, with a BA in writing.

Caitlin Kopf, of Granby, was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa at Hofstra University in May. Kopf is a history major.

The following students were named to the dean’s list at the University of Rhode Island for the spring semester: Ashton Coghill of East Hartland; Gabriel Davin, Julia Duffy and Persephone Platt of North Granby; Grace Hoeckele and Andy Main of Granby.

Jonah T. Yeakley, was named to the spring dean’s list at Westfield State University.

Courtney Rambush, of East Hartland, was named to the University of New Hampshire’s dean’s list for the spring semester.

Erin Keener and Julianna Pestretto, both of Granby, were named to the dean’s list at Gettysburg College in the spring semester.

Granby resident Taylor Nowak was named to Worcester Polytechnic Institute’s spring dean’s list.

Jessica Marie Gerace, of Granby, was named to Hartwick College’s dean’s list for the spring semester.

Samuel Kuhnly, of Granby, graduated cum laude from Endicott College in May and will be pursuing an MBA at Endicott College this fall.

The following Rochester Institute of Technology students, from Granby, were named to the dean’s list for the spring semester: Matthew Gerace, electrical engineering technology; Anthony Delprincipe, computer science; Chandler Libby, industrial engineering; Ben Hebert, mechanical engineering; and Jake Peverly, computing security.

Ashlie Novak, of North Granby, was named to Springfield College’s dean’s list for the spring semester. Novak is studying health science/occupational therapy.

Bryce Alexander, of West Granby, was named to the dean’s list at Springfield College for the spring semester. Alexander is studying sport management.

Rebecca McCord, of Granby was named to Muhlenberg College’s spring dean’s list.

Eastern Connecticut State University named the following students to the dean’s list for the spring semester: Amanda Blejewski, of Granby, biology major; Madeleine McGee, of West Granby, physical education major; Anna Skaret, of East Hartland, liberal studies major; Jenna Smith, of Granby, general studies major; Katrina Wheeler, of East Hartland, accounting major; Abigail Wilson, of Granby, art major; and Ryan Carterud, physical education major.

Matt Spence, of North Granby, has been named to the dean’s list at Merrimack College for the spring semester. Spence is a business marketing major.

Gerald McDonald graduated from Bryant University with a BS in business administration in marketing.

Worcester Polytechnic Institute awarded bachelor of science degrees this spring to the following: Vincent Lucca, of Granby, mechanical engineering with distinction; Connor Field, of West Granby, mechanical engineering with distinction; Spencer Howes, of Granby, robotics engineering.

Russell Stone, of Granby, has been named to the spring dean’s list at American International College.

The following East Granby residents graduated from Quinnipiac University this spring: Kaelyn Ludwig, bachelor of science in radiologic sciences; Morgan Mattil, bachelor of science in nursing; Meredith Vanags, doctor of physical therapy; and Michael Wright, master of science in interactive media and communications.

The following Granby residents graduated from Quinnipiac University this spring: Emily Jackson, master of health science in occupational therapy; and Carissa McIntire, master of science in business analytics.

Claire E. Newhall, a fine arts major from East Granby, was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Saint Anselm College.

Kyle Desjardins, a sophomore majoring in applied mathematics at Wentworth Institute of Technology, was named to the spring dean’s list. Desjardins also achieved the spring academic All-CCC baseball honors.

Jonah Garcia, of Granby, was recently initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi at the University of Connecticut.

Heather Salter, of Granby, was named to the University of Delaware dean’s list for the spring semester.

Madelyn Wilson, of Granby, was named to Furman University’s dean’s list for the spring semester.

Springfield College recently graduated the followings students: Lily Holm of West Granby, with a B.S. in health science and pre-physical therapy; Jessica Storch of Granby, with a B.S. in health science and pre-physical therapy; Frederick Moffa of Granby, with a B.S. in physical education; and Bryce Alexander of West Granby, with a B.S. in sport management.

Sage Kingsley, of West Granby, has been named to the Emerson College dean’s list for the spring semester. Kingsley majors in visual and media arts.

Abigail Sannizzaro graduated cum laude from Bryant University with a BS in business administration degree in human resources management, and was named to the president’s list at Bryant University for the spring semester.

Zachary Ziemnicki of Granby, received a B.S. in national security studies from the Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences at the University of New Haven in May.

Michael Brown, Rachel Mintell and Terry Nolan, all from Granby, took part in the virtual 2020 Pan-Mass Challenge in August, raising funds for cancer research and patient care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
