Cassandra Miller, of North Granby, was inducted into Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology at Assumption College.
Benjamin A. Ranicar, of North Granby, was inducted into the Western New England University chapter of Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society of AACSB-accredited business schools worldwide. Ranicar is majoring in sport management.
Claire Newhall, of East Granby, was named to the dean’s list at Saint Anselm’s College for the fall 2019 semester.
Westfield State University’s field hockey team member Cheryl Latona, of Granby, earned recognition from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
Eastern Connecticut State University inducted Griffin Hammack, of West Granby, into the Lambda Pi Eta national honor society. Hammack, a senior who majors in communication, also received an award for excellence in television for work with Eastern’s ETV station.
Jessica Storch, of Granby, was honored with this year’s Springfield College Class of ’57 Outstanding Senior Leadership Chair. Storch majors in health science and pre-physical therapy.
